Skiing & snowboarding, tobogganing & winter hiking. The cable car takes you up to the 2 drag lifts (Maldona and Dohlelift) guaranteeing a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the mountains when there is enough snow. Opening hours of the ski lifts for skiing and snowboarding: in good snow conditions at weekends and during school holidays from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Directly in Neuravensburg, about 2 minutes from the hotel, you can access a 1.1 km long, moderately difficult trail or a 2.4 km long, easy trail. In the area around Wangen there is a 40 km long network of cross-country trails – from easy to very demanding and in classic and skating style – there is something for everyone depending on their requirements.

The Zeppelin Museum is a special kind of experience: It offers the world’s most comprehensive and important collection on the history and technology of Zeppelin airship travel. The art collection brings together works from the entire Lake Constance area. Highlights are works by Otto Dix and Max Ackermann.
Member of the German Half-timbered Road. The city has a baroque silhouette with magnificent palaces (designed by the famous baroque architect Balthasar Neumann), narrow streets, beautiful viewpoints of Lake Constance and the Alps, and many museums. Definitely worth a visit!
The baroque pilgrimage church of Birnau, dedicated to Mary, is located on the north shore of Lake Constance on the western route of the Upper Swabian Baroque Road directly on the B 31. The master builder was Peter Thumb, the rich baroque furnishings with frescoes by Gottfried Bernhard Göz and stucco work, altars and sculptures by Joseph Anton Feuchtmayer. Today it is a Cistercian abbey.
“Madame Butterfly” opera in three acts (1851) by Giacomo Puccini will be performed from Wednesday, July 20th to Sunday, August 21st, 2022 on the Seebühne Bregenz. Other performances during the season in the Theater am Kornmarkt The Italian in Algiers – by Gioachino Rossini – comic opera in two acts (1813) and in the Festspielhaus Siberia – by Umberto Giordano – tragedy in three acts (1903).
